In Person: Customers may also opt in by providing their mobile phone number and verbally agreeing to receive SMS messages from Siskiyou Pet Care. Staff records the customer's consent in the client management system.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Siskiyou Pet Care.

Program Description

Siskiyou Pet Care sends text messages to clients regarding pet booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reservation updates, operational updates, pickup notifications, and pet status or service updates during their pet's stay or scheduled services.
